I think the hardest thing with PTAs is delegating responsibilities so that the president or seat doesn’t carry too much of the load. I was the president of our mother or father organization for two years, just setting it up off the bottom. It was very hard work, and I needed a rest in the end that. This season I am the VP. The new president has a slightly different focus. Everyone brings their own personality, interests, and strengths to the job. It has been great for our school and very satisfying for the social people who get involved.
