Further to my recent post (see The ABCs of financial planning), I promised that I would write about how to forecast stock prices. First, I want to put together my analytical platform. There is no way to anticipate the price tag on stocks and bonds over another few days or weeks. Nonetheless it is quite possible to foresee the broad span of these prices over longer periods, like the next three to five years.

Sri Lanka Taj Hotels Rebraded and Upgared. India’s Taj group wants opportunities in Sri Lanka’s war-torn eastern coastline and a city hotel it regulates will also need 30 to 35 million US dollars to be improved to match the group’s new brand profile, officials said. Particularly through the hot, steamy times of Dallas summertime, I don’t especially care for wearing makeup of any sort. Not basis, not natural powder, not blush — nothing. It worked well well for me when I resided in Grand Junction, Colorado, but Dallas, however, can be considered a pretty demanding, high-maintenance kinda town for girls, especially professional women. Even the creative artiste types have a tendency to here decorate over. No paint-splashed smocks in public areas, please.

We have a rep to protect. I reviewed a few of Paula Begoun’s Paula’s Choice skincare range yesterday and absolutely love love love the merchandise. They’re super-light and make my pores and skin feel so smooth and well-nourished. A touch of lipstick and/or gloss, and I’m out the door. The sample I received was in a nice little black container and was enough for at least two applications. It glided on well and ingested quickly, and the color (Sheer Beige) was quite close to my skintone, albeit a wee bit darker. I would try another lighter color, Sheer Neutral, the next time.

Still, it isn’t the perfect solution which i was (foolishly?) expecting it might be. I imagine someday possessing a base or tint that would provide the kind of sheer coverage that isn’t apparent to anyone who doesn’t know me. I’ve pretty decent skin, but I’m 37 and also have got acne problems before, and with my brown complexion — scars — I could use a little of coverage easily.

Here are some of the changes we made to Google Sites in September. Search is close to and dear to our hearts (for apparent reasons), so we added stemming and synonym support to Google sites search lately. Stemming helps improve search results by expanding the results of a query to add other popular types of what searched.

Your “my sites” list includes all the websites where you are explicitly named as an owner, collaborator, or viewers. When you search from the “my sites” web page, we now include site names and descriptions for the reason that search. Near the top of your search results, links are highlighted for sites with coordinating site site or names explanations. As before, results below this “one-box” are for pages or attachments with content that matched your search. Linking between pages is a critical part of building and preserving a website or wiki.

We recently redesigned our hyperlink picker to make it easier to find a full page. By default we come back the most recent webpages you updated or created. You’ll be amazed with how often this returns the page you want. There’s a second tab that lists the most recent site changes.
